A clinical and histopathological study was made on 53 cases of ultrasonoguided renal biopsies in children who were admitted to pediatric ward of Kyung Hee University Hospital, from February 1, 1979 to March 31, 1984.

We have recently experienced a case of mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome complicated by coronary aneurysm. He was suspected by two-dimensional echocardiographic examination and confirmed by the angiography of aorta.
